Please note, that our pieces are handbuilt and individually shaped. This is what makes them unique and one of a kind. The photos in the shop are examples of what your piece is going to look like, however you might not receive the exact same piece from the photo.

Your pieces will be shipped from Berlin, Germany via Hermes or DHL. We try to ship as soon as the purchase has been made, however please bare in mind that as a small business we cannot always ensure a delivery within a few days. Therefore please allow shipments to take up to 2 weeks. The shipment costs will be added to the order at the checkout.

If your order gets damaged during the shipment, please document the damage and get in touch through contact@studio-of-things.com.

You can return items for two weeks after delivery. Please use the return form (AGB, § 9 Nr. 2, “Muster-Widerrufsformular”) or send us an E-Mail, letting us know that you would like to return the items. You can only return unused and undamaged pieces. You must return the pieces in their original packaging. Returned items will be refunded as long as they arrive undamaged. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
